Cheesy Brunch Eggs

Cheesy Brunch EggsCheesy Brunch Eggs No Chew TMJ Friendly Recipe
3 Large eggs
1/4 cup cream
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
3 tablespoons flour

1/4 teaspoon salt
4 ounces cubed cheddar cheese
4 ounces cubed cream cheese

Combine eggs, cream, parmesan cheese, mustard, flour and salt in a blender and mix until smooth
Continue blending and add cheddar cheese and cream cheese.

Pour mixture into greased 1 quart casserole dish and bake at 375 for 45 to 50 minutes. Can also put into pie shell for a quiche like meal.
