  • Helps with metabolism
  • Protects our vital organs
  • Assists our organs in absorbing nutrients
  • Regulates body temperature
  • Detoxifies
  • Protects and moisturizes  joints
  • Can help reduce muscle spasms and cramps
  • Reduces fatigue

All cells in the human body need water, so drink up!!!!
